Our role is to help you build your business and as a truly customer focused business will support you in what ever you need to keep looking after and building your data bases. Buy doing some key things we are experts at building that repeat and referral client and keep them coming back. As we are now a travel café we have found so many of our clients just pop in and say hi and enjoy a coffee with us when before we would only see them a few times a year if that.

We regularly hold in house travel events and this allows us to create a fun exciting evening with our clients and offer them a truly unique service.

Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience as a travel agent 

• Strong repeat and referral database 

• Good knowledge of computer reservations systems & GDS systems. Sabre is preferred 

• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness 

• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively 

• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends 

• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage 

• A proven track record in the travel industry 

• Right to work in Australia
