This is one of the most diverse and important roles in our company. It is the person that cements our relationship with the client and helps them finalise all the finer details of their trip. It send them their bon voyage and welcomes them home.  

​

Our Travel Concierge is a highly trained professional that helps clients plan every detail of their dream trip, incorporating personal wishes and giving exclusive access to the best experiences in luxury destinations. Taking into account the entire group and each and every individual need.

​

Working together with our travel advisors our concierge will help you plan the nuts and bolts of your trip from the time you pay your deposit to the time you return home. They do not replace your advisor but rather work with them to ensure that every detail is taken care of. 

Restaurant bookings, Cruise and tour personalisers, Visas and entry requirements, Baby sitters, Lastminute Travel Insurance, Documents ect, ect, ect

This role would suite a person who loves travel but does not want the sales side of the role. 

It's a role that can be very flexible and fit in with your lifestyle

Responsibilities:

  • Proven work experience as a travel agent or running a busy office 

  • Strong customer centric background

  • Good knowledge of computer reservations systems & GDS systems. Sabre is preferred 

  • Strong people skills and commercial awareness 

  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers and operators on your clients behalf.  

  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends 

  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage 

  • A proven track record in the travel industry 

  • Right to work in Australia

  • High attention to detail
